About Us

Trinity Mar Thoma Church is a vibrant faith community rooted in the apostolic traditions of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church of Malabar. Our mission is to grow together in Christ through worship, fellowship, service, and the proclamation of the Gospel.

We are a growing parish of over 55 families and 180 members, actively involved in ministries such as Sunday School, Sevika Sangham, Choir, Prayer Groups, Edavaka Mission and Yuvajana Sakhyam. Under the spiritual leadership of our vicar, Rev. Sabu K. Samuel, who assumed charge in October 2022, the church continues to flourish in unity, faith, and service.

We are committed to being a beacon of Christ’s love in the city of Hamilton—walking together in faith, guided by prayer, and dedicated to serving the community and the Kingdom of God.

Clergy and Leadership
Over the years, our congregation has been richly blessed by the dedicated
service and spiritual guidance of several esteemed clergy:

  • Rev. Raji Eapen (2006 – 2010)
  • Rev. Jacob George (2010 – 2013)
  • Rev. M.K. Biju (2013 – 2016)
  • Rev. V.T. Kurian (2016 – 2019)
We were then privileged to be shepherded by two retired clergy of our Church, whose wisdom and experience were invaluable during this period:
  • Rev. P.E. Mathew (May 2019 – October 2019)
  • Very Rev. K.S. Mathew (November 2019 – March 2020)
Their presence brought strength and clarity as we navigated through important phases in our congregational life.
Our current Vicar, Rev. Sabu K. Samuel, assumed responsibility in October 2022
and continues to serve faithfully, offering dedicated spiritual leadership.
